Buying Land: Why land? Why now? Why you?
This is the title of a talk that will be given by Tom Brickman, owner of Land Smart Resources, at the Alabama Forest Owners Association annual meeting on April 23rd, at Alabama’s Cheaha State Park. At a time when so many people face financial uncertainty, Tom will share his knowledge and passion for Alabama rural land in an effort to shine a light on the benefits and risk of investing in Alabama rural land.
The talk will cover the financial attributes of rural property in Alabama; why today’s economic trends make Alabama rural land a smart place to put money for many people; a discussion on current markets for Alabama rural land and financing options (including how to use your own retirement funds); and tips for making a smart purchase decision.
